We accept international orders online via our secure shopping cart. Depending on your location
we accept one or more of the following payment options.
Before proceeding please note:
- We may choose to cancel any order at our discretion should we feel that there is a risk
of transaction problems involved.
- All prices quoted are before your local taxes, duties, VAT, GST, PST or any other such
charges. These fees will be assessed & charged separately when the watch clears
customs in your country. These fees are your responsibility to pay. The fees are
generally required to be paid prior to delivery. The fee will be collected by your local
tax department or delivery company.

cart. Selecting this method of payment will incur a verification fee of 2.5% of the
purchase. Due to the fact that we have no way of substantiating card ownership on
international credit cards, we must bring in a 3rd party verification company to
authorize the transaction, and the cost of this process is passed on to the
customer. We must deliver to the exact billing address as you receive your credit
card bills to.
Using this method we may require additional documentation such as: (1) signed Order
Form which can be found here. (2) A legible/clear copy
of the front and back of your credit card. (3) A copy of a recent credit card or
utility bill proving the "billing address". (4) A copy of photo ID such as
a Passport or Drivers License.

We are unable to insure packages to countries such as Russia, Ukraine, most African
countries, Mexico, most South American countries etc...
If we cannot insure the parcel to your country you may arrange an alternate delivery

All international sales are considered "Special Order Items" which makes the sale
final & non-returnable. We strongly suggest that you check the watch out at a local
dealer before placing your order. We do not accept returns from overseas as returning the
watch will involve re-entry Taxes & Duties upon return to the USA.
In the highly unlikely situation that the watch is defective upon receipt we maintain the
right to decide if we will repair, replace or refund your money.

Our warranty on watches shipped internationally is generally the same as the US customers.
We do understand that the time and expense involved in return delivery to the US can be a
For watches that are covered by the PrestigeTime.com 2 year warranty in most cases we will
accommodate the customers as follows:
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your watch we will mail you the
manufacturers international warranty card stamped by the original authorized dealer, and
this card will allow you to access the local repair centers for warranty service. We will
include clear instructions on the return process to your local authorized agent.
Under very few & extreme circumstances we will require the watch to be return the US for
warranty service. This will be the customer's responsibility to return the watch. Return
shipping to the customer will be paid for by Prestige Time.

Our preferable method of shipping is via FedEx Priority International. We are also able to
ship via DHL & Express Mail Air Post. All packages are shipped in a well-secured box.
All watches shipped are insured for the full value which covers against loss, theft or
damage in transit.

Shipments of multiple items or large packages:
On some boxes such as the multiple head Orbita Watch Winders, or shipments with
multiple items which are large & heavy, we may need to adjust the pricing for shipping.
If such is the case on an order you placed we will notify you before we charge you card or
request payment. A custom-shipping-quote will be provided once we determined the delivery
location & all costs involved.
Taxes, VAT, GST, Duties & related charges:
Prices quoted & billed by Prestige Time LLC. do not include any taxes, duties, VAT or
such charges. Prestige Time will charge you for the actual watch & shipping charges
only. All other charges (such as taxes, duties & VA.T.) are the sole responsibility of
the customer to be paid when the watch clears customs in your country. Usually these fees
are demanded prior to delivery & are collected by the courier or your local Customs

International Customer - Delivery to US Address
International customers who would like to arrange for delivery to a US address, will be
required to complete the following order form which can be sent via fax (+1-845-357-8320) or
email (you may scan & email the required forms to email@example.com).
The order form must be accompanied by additional documentation as described below:

Please note: As we are located in NY State, if delivery occurs to a NY State address, by law
