This is the first generation version of the Breitling Bentley 6.75. The watch features a knurled finished bezel ring in the spirit of Bentley’s famous radiator grilles. The case-back is features a five-spoke design similar to those found on Bentley wheel rims.
Case: Polished stainless steel case. Silver dial. Polished hands, the hour & minute hand with luminous fill. Applied polished indexes & luminous dot hour markers. Fine printed minutes/seconds & fractions of seconds track. Small seconds sub-dial at 3 o'clock. Large double-window date display at 12 o'clock.
- Chronograph functions:
- Large red tipped central seconds counter hand, capable of keeping time up to 1/4th of a second.
- 30 minute sub-dial counter at 9 o'clock.
- 12 hour counter sub-dial at 6 o'clock.
- Slide Rule:
- Slide-Rule aka Navigation-Computer via the bi-directional turning bezel.
- The Slide-Rule complication can compute different airborne calculations such as fuel consumption, climbing times & converting miles into nautical miles or kilometers.
Strap: Fitted on its original polished stainless steel SPEED style bracelet with a folding clasp & safety latch. The bracelet is fully linked & will fit up to a 8.5" wrist.
Movement: Powered by a Breitling COSC certified caliber 44b (base ETA 2892-A2), beats at 28,800 vph, contains 38 jewels & has a power reserve of +/- 42 hours.
Condition: This watch is excellent near-new condition. The watch has had a complete factory service completed in early Juy 2020. The watch has not be worn since. In addition to the movement service the watch was polished by Breitling to remove most signs of wear. We would now be comfortable rating this watch in 93% overall condition. The watch is delivered in its original Breitling Bentley box with all papers (instruction manual, COSC certificate & original warranty book). Also includes is a Breitling branded factory service pouch.
