Our aim is to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience, while maintaining great prices & exemplary customer service. Although not all watches displayed are in stock, we do maintain a large inventory of in-stock watches ready to ship the same or next business day. If a watch is not in stock we can generally source it for delivery with a relative short period of time such as 1-2 weeks. However some watches must be special ordered & may take longer to come in. We will notify you an estimated delivery time with 1-2 business days of receiving an order. If your order be time sensitive, we encourage you to contact us before placing an order to confirm availability. Should there be a delay in delivery we will notify you as soon as possible.

We also have access to many brands not displayed on our site. If you have a watch in mind that is not displayed on our site, chances are we can source it and offer the watch to you at a very competitive price. So feel free to contact us with any inquiries you may have.

PrestigeTime.com is not an authorized dealer of any brand watch we offer. We have chosen to run our business online with the goal of offering watches at discounted prices. The watch manufacturers dictate that their watch be sold via their authorized dealers at full or close to full retail price & through a storefront setting only. Since we do not qualify for Authorized Dealer status, we are content to do business as unauthorized dealers. The watches we offer are sourced from direct authorized dealers & agents or from trusted 3rd party dealers, both locally & internationally. The watches you buy from PrestigeTime.com are identical in all manners to the watch you will buy from an authorized dealer - with the exception of the warranty. Since we are not authorized dealers of any brand watch we offer we may not be able to supply the original warranty, in which case we substitute the manufacturers warranty with a Prestige Time warranty for either 2 or 3 years.
